Overview. This website is operated by Sparky's Prints, owned by Hendrix Capital LLC, located in Arkansas, USA. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products. Our items are 3D printed to order. Small variations in color, layer lines, and finish are normal for 3D printing and are not defects. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Dimensions are approximate.

Compatibility. Product descriptions list what each item fits. Our graded slab frames are designed for PSA slabs; CGC and TAG slabs also fit but more snugly. It's your responsibility to choose the right product for your holders/slabs. Our displays are not airtight or UV-proof; we are not responsible for damage to cards or collectibles displayed in or stored with our products, including fading from sunlight.

Mounting. Mounting tape is included for convenience. We are not responsible for damage to walls, paint, or surfaces, or for items falling. Test in an inconspicuous spot and use appropriate hardware for heavy displays.

Pricing & availability. Prices may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, pricing errors or suspected fraud) and will refund in full if we do.

Intellectual property. All designs, photos, and content on this site belong to Sparky's Prints. Don't copy or resell our designs without permission. Trademarked names (e.g., Pokémon, PSA, CGC, TAG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece) are used only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
